Unlike traditional hula hoops, the weighted hula hoop is made up of 24, 30 or 36 separate parts (depending on your choice of waist circumference) that can be easily dismantled by pressing a button. This allows you to customise the size of the hoop to fit your waist. Unlike traditional hoops, this means that the hoop fits your waist snuggly (not tight) and won’t fall down, making it easy to get started for beginners.
You can adjust the hoop to contain anywhere from 15 to 24 parts, depending on your measurements. Additionally, the detachable parts can easily be stored, as they can be taken apart quickly and effortlessly. Each link has a soft rubber head, which, when in use, comfortably massages your waist in a 360-degree motion as the weight swings around your body — there is no uncomfortable pinching or pressure. You use the weighted hula hoop by swinging your hips from side to side or in a circular motion, and the weighted ball swings around you. You need to keep moving to keep the weighted ball from dropping, which is great motivation! -

Our weighted hula hoops come in three sizes. You can work out what size might suit you best by measuring the circumference of your waist with a tape measure. Our 24-knot version will suit those with a waist circumference of approximately 130 centimetres, our 30-knot version will suit those with a waist circumference of approximately 152 centimetres, and our 36-know version will suit those with a waist circumference of approximately 176 centimetres.
